I found the cutest pink cold shoulder top today on an outing at Nordstrom! Its not only super cute…it also goes up to a 3x. I love when designers come out with the same products in plus sizes too. I know how it feels to find something that you love but won’t fit because they don’t offer it in plus size. This hot pink color is super cute and great for Valentine’s day or to just brighten up a winter day. It can even be worn into the spring and summer. I loved this shirt right when I saw it and just knew I had to share it with you! Vince Camuto Cold Shoulder Blouse (Regular & Petite) Cold Shoulder Blouse (Plus Size) XOXO Jacqueline
Guys, I have something amazing to share with you! If you are anything like me, you love pizza. Unfortunately, pizza is not the most calorie friendly food. Pizza is something that I treat myself to every once and a while…and there are usually long whiles in between my pizzas. A few months ago I came across Real Good Pizza Co. To be honest, the first thing that caught my eye was their little slogan or quote on the back of their box “Pizza is Life, they told us it wasn’t possible, they said it wouldn’t taste good, they were wrong.” I mean can this really not be more perfect? Of course I had to give them a try…and it is AMAZING!!!!! The fact that it has 25 g of protein and only 4 g of carbs and that the crust is made of chicken breast and parmesan…how crazy is that?If you order from them directly the pizzas arrive frozen and ready for you to pop into your oven whenever you are having a pizza craving. There are currently 3 different flavors. 3 cheese, Pepperoni and Supreme. They are all so good but
I can’t believe that my second skin removal surgery was already 6 weeks ago. It is crazy to think that at this time 6 weeks ago, my life would drastically change so much again. I have been honest and open about my whole journey so far so I figured I would give an more in depth update as to how I am doing now. I saw my surgeon today for my 6 week post op check up. He told me that I was healing great and so quickly and that I am right on track for where I should be. My scars already look amazing, and I have to admit, that I can’t help but tear up when I see that my arms don’t hang down to the floor, and my back is…well…flat now. No more rolls, lumps, bumps or trying to pull my pants up to my neck to try and cover all of the skin that was back there. I have a lot more mobility in my arms and I can almost stand up straight. My surgeon recommended that I start Occupational Therapy to help with the sensitivity and recovery. All in all I had a great report and
Happy New Year! I am so excited for 2017 because I am so ready and motivated to keep growing! I have been asked several times what my new years resolution is and to be honest, I never really like making resolutions at the beginning of the year because I make goals for myself all year long. I find that in the past when I say this is the year I will (insert resolution here) that I put too much pressure on myself. If I “mess up” or “slip up” I feel like I failed and just give up completely. Most of my resolutions in the past have always been to lose weight and I can’t think of any other “resolution” I have made…ever! This year, I am not putting that pressure on myself. This year, I am making the resolution or decision to just be happy. It is more of a new mindset that you can start or carry into the new year. I think happiness can also be fitness related and can apply to anyone who sets goals or resolutions to lose weight in the new year. By finding happiness in yourself, you are not trying to be anything but yourself. By being happy, it means taking care of yourself
