Day 8 – Comfy and Classic Christmas Outfit Ideas
Styling Christmas outfits is one of my favorite things to do. I love classic red, green and white Christmas colors. For me, my Christmas outfits have always been about style and comfort, because on Christmas we usually spend time with family at my parents house all day. These looks are all perfect for staying nice and cozy at home, yet they also work great for any party or gathering that you may be attending. Below I am sharing three different looks with links to where you can find outfit details. I have included plus size options as well. Many of the items aren’t the exact items in my pictures but I tried to link similar items/styles. My surgeries kind of put a hold on shopping since my body is continuing to change (and I can’t really move right now.) I hope that these ideas can be used to inspire you to create your own Christmas outfit. I am excited to see what I can come up with for me to wear this Christmas since my arms aren’t very mobile, I can’t stand up straight, I’m still pretty swollen and everything just…hurts. I can guarantee it will still be something comfy and classic. Happy Styling!
I love paring a classic sweater with a leather skirt. I love any sweater that has extra detailing, fraying, or tassels. There is something about paring this type of sweater with a leather skirt that gives you such a classic yet edgy feel. The red lace ups add a nice pop of sass and color.

I love this Bow Sweater! I love how it is a Christmas sweater but not overly Christmasy. I have love paring Christmas sweaters with leggings, sweatpants, jeans and tapered pants. I love these black pants because of the lace detail. It gives a nice balance to the more casual top. Im also loving mules and think that some patent leather ones look great with this outfit.

I love wearing anything plaid, especially during the holidays! I love this shirt because of the classic red and green colors. Pair it with some skinny or boyfriend cut dark denim and brown booties to pull the look together. I also love layering this top with a cute textured or patterned sweatshirt and having the collar and cuffs peek out so you can see the plaid.
