I am so excited to be sharing the recipe that I use for my protein waffles.  I have tried making these waffles a few different ways but have found that by doing it this way, they are seriously the best protein waffles that I have ever tried.  They contain very few ingredients and they are so delicious and easy to make.  You can literally top them with anything but my favorite is adding a little (or a lot) of Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup.  There are a ton of similar recipes out there and I’m sharing the one that works best for me.  I have a serious addiction to them and I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do! Protein Waffle Recipe INGREDIENTS 1 Scoop PEScience Protein Powder (my favorites are Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Peanut Butter)  1 tsp Baking Powder 1 Whole Egg Water Waffle Toppings   INSTRUCTIONS 1.Preheat waffle iron 2. Mix the protein powder and baking powder 3. Add the egg and mix to combine 4. Add a little bit of water at a time and mix until it is batter consistency 5. Spray your preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray  6. Pour batter onto waffle maker  7. I cook mine for between 1-2 minutes  8. Top with your favorite waffle toppings and ENJOY!   Some of my favorite toppings are  Syrup Fresh Fruit Peanut Butter or PB2 Nuts Dark Chocolate Chips Cool Whip   XOXO Jacqueline

I love…love!  When I saw this super cute shirt I knew I had to have it and thought that this would be a perfect shirt for Valentine’s Day.  You can wear it with a pair of white jeans and black heels for super classic look.  Throw on a red lip and you are good to go.  For a more casual look you can wear this with some black jeans or leggings and slip on some black mules and put on some pink lip gloss.  There are so many possibilities for this super cute top.  No matter what you do for Valentine’s Day, this shirt is sure to be the star of the show.  I have linked this shirt below as well as a plus size option.  The kiss print is unavailable in plus size but I love this design as well and it can be styled just the same as the kiss one.           Shopping, fashion, and beauty have always been something that I have loved.  Going to the mall, looking through the racks and racks of clothes was always one of my favorite things to do.  Being overweight all of my life it was very difficult to find items that I loved or fit and expressed “my style.”  I was often forced to shop online.  That satisfaction of going to the mall and looking through the racks of clothes, was something that I rarely got to enjoy.  Even now after loosing all of this weight, I still struggle with seeing myself as the actual size that I am.  I still feel like the girl who is walking around the mall desperately hoping to squeeze into the largest size that stores offer. Right before my second surgery I remember Kevin and I going to the mall to finish up our Christmas shopping and seeing a “pop up” boutique called “Shop Lombard and Fifth.”  The clothes in the window were super cute and I fell in love.  However, I didn’t walk in or even mention to Kevin that I wanted to look because I still felt that nothing in there would fit me!   I know I am crazy but honestly my thought process is still sometimes like this.   After Christmas we went to the mall to walk around and get me out for a little while after surgery.  We passed the same store and their sign said “25% off everything” and they would be…
